Hello, I'm Janet
I help women regain direction and confidence, during midlife transitions from menopause, career crossroads to caring for aging parents and evaluating their relationship with alcohol.
Rooted in positive psychology, my coaching blends deep listening with insightful questions and practical tools. I work with women to navigate this stage of life and help them flourish and embrace their next chapter.
A coach acts as a thinking partner for their client. Coaching is not therapy or counselling. A coach does not give advice. Coaching is forward facing.
As a Registered Dietitian, I also offer tailored, pragmatic and evidence-based nutrition advice in dedicated sessions.
Midlife can bring uncertainty, but it is also rich with opportunity for rediscovery, growth and renewed confidence.

Workplace coaching and training
Many employees in their 40s and 50s are juggling heavy responsibilities at work and home. Women who are going through menopause may be struggling to perform as previously.
Employees at this life-stage may be questioning their next career steps or neglecting their well-being.
This may affect confidence, energy and engagement at work.
Workplace coaching has been shown to have a positive impact on employee performance and well-being; this benefits organisational performance and retention.
I have worked in the National Health Service (NHS, UK), academic and corporate settings in the UK and internationally and understand these diverse sectors.
I design midlife workplace coaching and training programmes tailored to your organisation’s needs and culture.
